Our client is an international City law firm, which provides legal advice of the highest calibre to an extensive range of blue-chip corporate clients, premier financial institutions and governments. They are now seeking an Associate or Senior Associate Corporate lawyer to join their team.
Role
The role is fast-paced and relates to a wide variety of high value, high quality international, private M&A transactions covering multiple sectors including energy, renewables and infrastructure.
Required knowledge & skills
The successful candidate will have an excellent academic track record and 4-6 years’ post qualification experience (or equivalent experience) of corporate transactions/private M&A transactions.
Essential skills include strong technical skills and well-developed experience of drafting, reviewing and authoritatively negotiating a wide range of legal documents with counterparts in a law firm environment.
The role would suit someone who is analytical, intellectually curious, passionate about this practice area and who wishes to develop their technical ability.
